Launch and Learning Hub
Welcome to the Learning Hub for our new ACD Portal. Here you will find important information and short videos that will assist you in getting started with our new portal.
Fellows and Trainees should have received their welcome email with login instructions – please check your email junk folder if you cannot locate it.
Whilst we are doing all we can to minimise disruptions, we do expect there will be some issues as we launch a new system of this scale. Thank you in advance for your patience during this process.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us at helpdesk@dermcoll.edu.au if you have any issues or concerns at all with your portal. Once you have activated your new account via your ACD Portal welcome email, you can access the portal via the website ‘Members Login’.
Important notes during our launch
Fellows – CPD Functions for Fellows will be available again from mid next week, thanks for your patience whilst we complete your CPD migration.
Trainees – many assessments have new online supervisor marking options. However, if you have filled out paper forms as per our old portal, please ensure to submit assessments using the ‘offline’ option whilst we transition to the new processes.
Trainees – assessments that were submitted in the old system will be present in the new system, but attachments will not be available until January – please let us know if you need a copy of any before then.
Adding the ACD Portal to your Mobile Phone
You can add the ACD Portal as a mobile phone web-app. On your mobile you can use the phone’s camera to scan and upload submissions as well as perform any of the other new portal functions.
To add a home screen app icon to your mobile, open https://acdportal.dermcoll.edu.au/ on your mobile phone, then click the iphone or android (samsung, google, sony etc) link below for instructions:
