For this year’s World Skin Health Day campaign, from 4 -10 November the Australasian College of Dermatologists is celebrating 7 Days of Skin Health. The week features a series of articles released each day with top tips from Australian dermatologists on how to keep your skin, hair and nails healthy. Remember to check each day for the latest article.
Day 1 – Saturday

Day 2 – Sunday
Getting to the root of it – tips for healthy hair and seeking help for hair growth changes.
Day 3 – Monday
Healthy, happy nails – what to look out for and signs it could be something more serious.
Day 4 – Tuesday
Expert tips when it comes to sweat – what’s normal, what’s not and when to seek help.
